The 16th International Workshop on Approximation and Online Algorithms (WABI 2024) will be held in Aarhus, Denmark, on August 22-24, 2024. The workshop will bring together researchers from all over the world to present and discuss the latest advances in the design and analysis of approximation and online algorithms.

The workshop will cover a wide range of topics in approximation and online algorithms, including:

* Approximation algorithms for NP-hard problems * Online algorithms for combinatorial optimization * Worst-case analysis of approximation and online algorithms * Competitive analysis of online algorithms * Randomized algorithms for approximation and online problems * Applications of approximation and online algorithms

Submission guidelines

Authors are invited to submit original research papers on any of the topics listed above. Papers should be submitted electronically in PDF format, using the EasyChair submission system: https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=wabi2024.

Papers should be at most 12 pages long, excluding references. All submissions will be peer-reviewed by a panel of experts.

* Paper submission deadline: March 1, 2024 * Notification of acceptance: May 1, 2024 * Camera-ready deadline: June 1, 2024

Registration

The registration fee for WABI 2024 is 300 euros for regular participants and 150 euros for students. The registration fee includes access to all sessions, coffee breaks, lunches, and the welcome reception.

Accommodation

A number of hotels are located near the conference venue. Participants are advised to book their accommodation early, as August is a popular time to visit Aarhus.

Visa information
